Through in-depth research at the production front line and collection of suggestions, then targeted adjusted the SOP materials, striving to ensure that the SOP materials truly met the latest requirements of actual production. Before FLASH programming, strictly follow the established related processes, conduct meticulous checks on the programming content to ensure that every piece of data and every instruction is accurate, and then solemnly issue the "Confirmation Letter Before FLASH Programming". After the FLASH programming is completed, once again, with a rigorous attitude, conduct a comprehensive and strict verification of the programming content. Only when all the content is completely consistent with the expectations will the "Confirmation Letter After FLASH Programming" be issued;Even before the start of mass production, strictly follow the process of the "First Article Confirmation (SMT/DIP) Process and Management System" to control the assembly of the first article product and conduct comprehensive, multi-level testing and verification, from the appearance inspection of the product, such as whether there are scratches and defects on the surface, to the functional test, such as whether the basic functions of the product are normal and whether the performance indicators meet the standards, and then to the reliability test, such as whether the product can operate stably under different environmental conditions, etc. Only when all the indicators of the first article product meet the standards will it enter the mass production stage.
During the product's mass surface mount technology (SMT) stage, the SMT professionals are deeply integrated into the production process. With their professional experience, when encountering problems that may affect product quality, such as panel design, chipset packaging design, and material usage rules, they directly feedback to the R&D team immediately. Meanwhile, YINUOLINK has implemented comprehensive and strict control over the SMT segment, conducting strict supervision at every step from the material inspection process to the SMT production process. Particularly during the SMT production process, it is required to carry out sampling inspection and testing strictly in accordance with the established process to ensure that each production step can meet high-quality standards; For the products after SMT, strict requirements have also been formulated in the packaging and transportation links to avoid damage to product quality due to improper packaging or unexpected situations during transportation to the greatest extent. Through this two-way strict control and close collaboration, the direct pass rate of product SMT has been significantly improved. Depending on different product batches, models and quantities, the direct pass rate of SMT is stably maintained between 95% and 99%.
During the formal production process, the production team strengthened the supervision and inspection of the implementation of quality standards, strictly followed the corresponding "Finished Product Inspection Standards and Specifications", and conducted detailed checks on each production process. Whether it is the overall performance indicators of the product or the appearance quality of the product packaging, once non-compliance with the standards was found, the production team were immediately required to rectify, and detailed records and analyses of related problems were made to solve the potential quality hazards from the root cause.
